o Liquid Bulk-Oil- Tanker loads
• Pay Rate: * 2 week hold back
o 30% of LH Revenue
Average Weekly Gross: $1800.00 -$2000.00
Average Gross Annual Pay: 93,000-104.000
• Avg Weekly Miles:
o Avg miles per week: 1,200 miles
o Avg LOH: 300 miles one way
o Dedicated lanes out of Glendale, WV for Warren Distribution
• Accessorials:
o Stop Pay: $50.00 per stop after first stop
o Detention Pay: after 2 hrs. $50.00/hour –*paid on case by case basis
o Layover Pay: Percentage *paid on case basis
o Paid weekly/Direct Deposit available
o Scale/Toll Reimbursements 100% with receipts
• Orientation:
o Paid orientation 1-3 days
Company drivers get paid $150.00/day for orientation
