➡️ We’re hiring a Service Operations Administrator (remote, temporary) to support service delivery and operational workflows across client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong attention to detail and enjoys working across data, systems, and process coordination in a fast-paced environment. Originally from South Dakota, Kyrsten graduated a semester early in 2022 from Indiana Wesleyan University with a B.S. in Communications and began her career as an Assistant HR Manager in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She later gained experience in management and logistics roles across the transportation and service industries before relocating to Portland in April 2026 - her first time living outside the Midwest! When she’s not connecting with candidates, Kyrsten enjoys reading, exploring local coffee shops, hiking, and spending time near the water as she takes in all that New England has to offer.
