It was an honor to join REI Co-op’s Path Ahead Ventures Founder Summit Industry Mixer at Snow Peak in Portland this week. We loved hearing the stories behind the founders—the problems they’re solving, the communities they’re serving, and the purpose driving their brands. Seeing these founders together was an inspiring reminder of what’s possible when the outdoor industry invests in new ideas, new voices, and the next generation of http://entrepreneurs.Thank you to Snow Peak, the Path Ahead Ventures team, and everyone helping build a stronger, more inclusive outdoor industry.

Wrapping up our time at Switchback in New Orleans. It was great to reconnect with old friends and make new ones along the way. The show continues to build real momentum, with strong attendance and thoughtful engagement throughout.

The panels and breakout sessions tackled timely topics and sparked meaningful conversations about outdoor participation, access, and the evolving challenges facing businesses across the industry.

Special thanks to our partners at Perkins Coie and Baird for co-hosting a great dinner last night. Looking forward to continuing the dialogue and the work ahead.
