1,090 individuals with disabilities worked for DPI in FY 2026. They kept offices running, staffed security posts, drove forklifts and cleaned facilities, because they had the skills to do the job.

The 2026 National Disability Employment Awareness Month theme is “Celebrating Value and Talent” and at DPI, that’s not just a theme for October. It’s how we operate.

DPI was a proud sponsor of the 19th Annual INCIGHT Gala in Portland last Saturday. INCIGHT helps individuals experiencing disabilities pursue what they want to achieve through educational programs, employment services and leader development training that support authentic independence.

Our own Travis Pearson, Susan Herndon, Laura Belzer and Christopher Doran were proud to represent DPI at the State Use Business Development & Sales Summit in Washington, D.C., earlier this month. We connected with folks in our industry from around the country, sat in on many great sessions, and got a fantastic legislative update and tour of the Capitol from Porter Group.

We want to send our appreciation out to the many folks who made this event happen!
