July 26 marks the 35th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)—a landmark piece of civil rights legislation that opened doors, broke down barriers, and affirmed the rights of millions of Americans with disabilities. Learn more at https://adaanniversary.org/.

Over the past 35 years, we've seen progress in accessibility, inclusion, and awareness—but the work is far from over. People with disabilities still face significant disparities in employment, income, healthcare access, and public representation. The ADA was a beginning, not an endpoint.

Very excited that our subsidiary DPI Staffing is now certified to provide staffing services to Arizona state agencies! We've had an Arizona office since 2013 and are looking forward to expanding our services and impact in AZ.

We are proud to report that DPI Staffing is now an Arizona Certified Nonprofit Agency that Serves Individuals with Disabilities (CNAID)! This certification allows us to offer staffing services to Arizona state agencies while providing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

We look forward to expanding our presence throughout Arizona!

We're pleased to report that we've expanded into the state of Delaware! Our subsidiary DPI Staffing is proud to offer staffing services through the state set-aside program and to be a member of the Ability Network of Delaware (A.N.D.). In fact, we're already hiring for a number of positions, including Food Service Workers and a Food Service Director.

In addition, DPI Security was approved for a commercial security license in the state of Delaware.

We're excited to be in the First State, connecting employers with great employees and individuals with disabilities with great jobs!

We are so proud to report that we have been accredited by CARF International, an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services, for the next year! Here's our Senior Job Developer Delana and Executive Director Harmony (in festive garb for our holiday lunch) showing our certificate.
