TradeForce Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for team orientated individuals who are interested in a long term opportunity with a stable warehouse located in Wilsonville, OR. We have 1 position for a Quality Control Specialist and 2 positions open for Order Pickers.

ORDER PICKER:
Picking orders via an RF scanner, using an order picker lift is required. Good attention to detail and organization. Other duties include cable cutting (training included) and inventory counting.
***40 hours/week
***Hours - 6:30AM M,TUES,W and work 8-10 hours days depending on volume. Thursday and Friday stat time is 8am.
***$13.00/hr and this can jump to $14.50 within the first 6-9 months of being hired on if performance goals are met.

QUALITY CONTROL:
This person checks all outbound orders for accuracy (part numbers and quantity) as presented to them by an order picker. You then properly package the items for shipment. Attention to detail and good with numbers matching is a must.

TradeForce Staffing Solutions is searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician who is interested in a long-term opportunity with a well-established Brewery located near Hood River, Oregon. We are looking for someone who is energetic, enjoys working as part of a team, and is passionate about high-quality beer. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for equipment installations, repairs, and regular preventative maintenance on all production equipment. The technician will also be responsible for coordinating regular maintenance schedules for all brewery utilities, working closely with independent contractors. Additionally, the maintenance technician will keep an organized, well documented spare parts inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for keeping brewery equipment running to its full potential with a minimum amount of downtime.
• Diagnose, repair and overhaul process pumps, automatic control valves, sensors, positioners, actuators, basic electrical AC/DC troubleshooting and related systems.
• Diagnose and repair of all machinery and process malfunctions, must be fluent in mechanical troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting a plus.
• Diagnose and repair of all mechanical power transmission equipment.
• Knowledge of Gear boxes, mechanical drives and variable speed applications.
• Read and decipher mechanical drawings, schematics and piping diagrams.
• Skilled in application and use of mechanical tools, hand tools, power tools and skilled in machine shop to machine within specific tolerance using various measuring equipment.
• Responsibilities include operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and improving mechanical and electrical equipment & systems in a working manufacturing environment with an emphasis on employee safety as the top priority.
• Must work well in a team oriented environment and have excellent communication skills.
• Follow company policies & procedures, reflect organizational core values and strive to always maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Applicant should possess strong mechanical ability with problem solving/troubleshooting skills.

A well-established heat treating company is looking for a team orientated individual to join their team. Candidates do NOT need to have previous experience in heat treating to be considered for this position.

General duties include:
• Operate and control heat treating furnaces, bath and quenching equipment to alter physical and chemical properties
• Use specs and methods of controlled heating and cooling, such as hardening, tempering, annealing, case hardening, and normalizing
• Change furnace controls and observe pyrometer to bring furnace to prescribed temperature.
• Load parts into furnace; remove parts after prescribed time Obtains parts for next order from storage area as dictated by production requirements and loads furnace
• Processes parts on proper equipment according to required specifications
• Checks heat treat equipment periodically, and makes necessary adjustments to maintain correct temperatures

Pay Rate:
• $13.50 per hour

Hours:
Monday – Friday Shifts:
• 7:00am to 3:00pm
• 3:00pm to 11:00pm
• 11:00pm to 7:00am

Weekend shift -Three 12 hour days:

Driver will be responsible for delivering construction materials in and around the Portland Metro Area. The shop is located in Caledonia, MI (about 21 miles south of Grand Rapids MI). Candidate MUST be willing to travel 3 - 12 weeks at a time (with per diem and the company will send the home every 3rd week on the longer duration sites). In between out of town jobs employee will return to home base and work 40 in the shop until the next install and out on the road they go again.
