Boss’s Day: the one day a year we’re supposed to admit our boss was right. 😉

Today, we’re celebrating the leaders who:

☑️ Keep the wheels on when everything is somehow “urgent”
☑️ Turn “Can I pick your brain?” into an actual conversation
☑️ Make decisions with approximately 47 tabs open
☑️ Somehow know when the team needs direction… or snacks
☑️ Cheer us on, challenge us, and occasionally save the day

Because being a great boss isn’t just about managing work. It’s about managing people, personalities, priorities, curveballs, and the occasional “Got a minute?” that is definitely not going to take a minute. 😂

Candidate feedback shouldn’t be an afterthought. It should be part of the conversation.

Job searching comes with enough uncertainty already. Where did I stand? What could I have done differently? Why wasn’t I selected?

Thoughtful feedback can help answer those questions and give candidates something valuable to take into their next opportunity.

And we know feedback isn’t always easy to get. Sometimes our clients don’t provide detailed feedback, despite our best efforts to ask. When that happens, we still believe candidates deserve communication, transparency, and respect throughout the process.

Because today’s candidate could be tomorrow’s great hire, client, referral, or connection. How you treat people matters, even when the answer is “not this time".
