‘Employment Creates Opportunity ultimate goal will be to provide real jobs and real wages for people currently relying on the state for financial assistance in residential group homes who are also working in state funded workshops. This will be achieved through our ECO Cafe and retail store, for work performed or products made having access to the same work-related opportunities for advancements a

nd quality of life as any other working American. We currently have 9 artists that make products exclusively for ECO. 35% of these sales fund ECO. ECO embraces a ‘waste-not’ philosophy toward society, the environment, and the economy; employees will have resources and training available to develop skills that align with personal interests and talents; earning competitive wages; decreasing the dependency with state assistance; knowing the glory of personal freedom and the beauty of being valued ‘
