Your Impact:
As an Associate Attorney, you'll play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of Workers' Compensation cases. From evaluating merits and devising litigation strategies to crafting impactful negotiations and representing clients in court, you'll wear many hats and leave your mark on every case.
Responsibilities:
Manage a dynamic caseload of varying complexities.
Develop litigation and budget plans.
Conduct discovery practices.
Represent clients in court and other settings.
Craft motions, briefs, and legal documents.
Prepare cases for trial.
Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
Leverage your negotiation and communication skills.
3 to 8 years of Workers' Compensation defense experience (a must!).
What We Offer:
Remote (Light Travel for Court)
Training on-site (3 weeks)
Salary ranges from 100 to 200k DOE
