Everyone has seasons in their career where they feel stuck. What helps is remembering we don't have to figure it out alone.

That was the spirit of our Thursday event, "Getting Unstuck: The Tools You Need to Accelerate Your Career."

Our panelists reminded us that growth can mean taking on more responsibility in your existing role, establishing more autonomy, or finding work that fits your values.

They also talked about getting clear on where you thrive, tracking your wins, and leaning on your network.
