Every question your VA asks you is a documentation failure in disguise.

Most SOPs cover the steps. They don’t cover the judgment calls, and judgment calls are where 90% of the questions live.

A zero-question SOP has three things:

1️⃣ What done actually looks like (specific, observable)
2️⃣ What to do when something breaks (the 2-3 most likely failures)
3️⃣ Who owns the call when it’s genuinely unclear
