Seeking a front desk receptionist for a wholesale supply company in Port St. Lucie, FL. This position is full time (40 hours a week) with a shorter work day on Fridays, schedule is Mon-Thurs 8:30am to 5pm, Fridays 8:30am to 3pm. This is NOT a remote position, all duties will be handled in the office. Looking for someone that has good computer skills and is interested in sales. We are looking for two part-time (20-25 hours a week, Monday through Friday) bi-lingual Spanish/English speaking Receptionists/Office Assistants to manage the front desk of a non-profit organization in Fort Pierce on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist/office assistant, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

We are looking for a Full-Time Records Clerk in Fort Pierce, FL. The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include a broad range of clerical duties. The Deputy Clerk Professional must exhibit the ability to file documents, perform data entry and customer service duties as required. Must exhibit proficient communication and computer skills, as well as display professional telephone etiquette while demonstrating Amazing Customer Experiences. Must learn court decorum and procedures which include but are not limited to clerking trials, hearings, mark, and record evidence, administer oaths and read verdicts. Job duties: Answers phones, serves as first point of contact for building construction for walk-in and phone customers. Assists with the Processing of permit applications for commercial, residential, miscellaneous, signs, temporary use, projects. Provides fee information and project numbers for fee collection. Inputs data into computer software for monthly report preparation. Forwards all outside reports to the Building Official for review and filing. May process over the counter permits for subcontractor trade permits. Filing, scanning, typing, communicating effectively.

Skills required: General administrative and clerical office functions. Previous experience in government offices or construction offices a plus. General computer operations, specifically proficient use of Microsoft Office software. Office machines, such as scanner, computer, copier and fax machine. Able to maintain a pleasant and courteous demeanor working in a fast pace environment. Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with all levels of management, City officials, vendors, other employees, and the general public. Education/Experience: High School diploma/GED required.
