Our PMI team reeled in First Place Heaviest Stringer at the 2026 Dow United Way Fishing Tournament! 🎣

It was a great day of fishing, but the biggest win was supporting United Way of the Crossroads and United Way of Calhoun County. The funds raised through this event help provide critical resources to individuals and families throughout our local communities.

𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

While supporting another work group, Sarah Cable identified an incorrect Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and improper personal protective equipment. She immediately exercised stop-work authority, ensuring both issues were corrected before work resumed.

Sarah’s actions helped prevent a potential incident and reinforced the accountability required to maintain safe, reliable operations.

Congratulations, Sarah, on receiving PMI’s Safety Achievement Award. Thank you for leading by example!
