Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday (Fridays are optional as production does not run every Friday)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, preferably automotive, and be capable of leading a team to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead production team members

Monitor and maintain production schedules and workflow

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Support process improvement and operational efficiency

Communicate effectively with team and management

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Prior team lead experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred)

We at JIBE STAFFING are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our team at a resort in Hilton Head Island. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Location: Hilton Head Island, SC
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness across all designated areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they meet health and safety standards at all times.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly to prevent odors and maintain hygiene.
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas.
Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure effective sanitation without damaging surfaces.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for resolution.
Follow established cleaning protocols for different areas, including offices, hallways, kitchens, and public spaces.
Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas.
Good physical stamina and mobility to perform tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
Effective time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled hours.
