RESPONSIBILITIES
-Routine inspections and preventive maintenance
-Repairs and troubleshooting
-Facility upkeep
-Helping with customers luggage
-Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and any issues that may arise
QUALIFICATIONS
-Previous experience in maintenance or repair work, particularly in a hotel setting is a plus.
-Proficiency in using various tools and equipment
-Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guest and staff
-Problem solving
-Must be able to lift 50-75lbs occasionally
-Must be able to work every Sunday.
-Monday – Saturday you will have 2 days off.

Will be loading boxes from container to pallets and wrapping them. Start and end times will vary daily. Must have reliable transportation that you can get to the warehouse at any time of the day needed. Pay is per container and box count. Must be able to do team lifts on items up to 100 pounds on occasion. Monday-Friday but may have an emergency container on a weekend.
