It simply isn’t possible for any AVM such as Zillow's Zestimates to predict the value of a home with a level of accuracy sufficient to make a housing decision. Today I presented to the Tri Valley Business Professionals group that Zillow's home value estimates are so inaccurate and yet it has the great potential to empower buyers and sellers .
