There's something about this picture you wouldn't know just by looking at it.

All three started as Behavior Technicians. Since this photo was taken, each has continued growing in our company, taking on new responsibilities and advancing into higher positions.

In addition to their lovely smiles, that's what makes this photo worth sharing.

You see, at Sonnenberg where you start is just the beginning. We have pathways for every type of position, where we'll train you hands-on. We invest the time needed to get you where you want to go, whether you're in college, done with college, or it's not even on your radar.

We're sending out a huge thank you to Hold My B**r Kenosha, Harbor Park, and Jason Yule for a great night supporting the Sonnenberg Initiative! 🎉

Every Yule Mule, mocktail, and visit last Friday helped raise funds for our new grocery shopping practice space.

Jason, thanks for taking over the bar for the night, and thank you to Hold My B**r for having us. It was fun seeing everyone there!

Just because someone learns a skill doesn't mean it's easy to use everywhere!

A good job should come with more than a paycheck. That’s true whether you’re looking at an entry level role or a BCBA position.

It matters to know you have people and resources to turn to when you need them. That might be someone on your team, or it might be one of the benefits available to you.

Nine years with Brittany! 💚

Brittany has helped shape a lot of Sonnenberg’s growth, while also bringing plenty of personality and fun to the moments in between.

When she thinks about what has stuck with her, she has to choose:

“Really there have been a lot. Everyone coming together to open the current MP building after the other one unexpectedly had the roof fall in after a really bad snow storm. Farrah running around in a blow up dino costume. All of the client graduations. All the student analysts passing their BCBA exam! :)”

As our Director of Training, she’s been a foundational part of the learning opportunities she’s helped build along the way.

“A part of Sonnenberg’s growth I’m proud to be part of is developing curriculum and ongoing learning opportunities for the student analyst programs, BCBA test prep, the intern program, and continuing education supervisory trainings!”

And this is what she says people may not fully understand until they’ve spent time here:

“All of the teamwork and communication. Everyone is really coming from a place of support. We strive for everyone in every position not only to feel supported in their current role, but be excited for what can come next. There are limitless possibilities.”

A lot has changed over the years, and Brittany has had a hand in so many important parts.

Fall is starting to take over around our centers. 🎃

Pumpkins are lining the walkways, bats are making their way indoors, and a few spooky visitors have already shown up.

We’re getting everything ready for Trunk or Treat on the last Wednesday of the month, and the decorating is only the beginning. There’s still plenty more to come before then.

October is always a fun one around here, and we’re just getting started!
