Meet 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐠𝐢𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐛𝐛, our newest Life Sciences Consultant.

Maggie comes to Hobson with recruiting experience across healthcare and biotechnology, connecting specialized talent in R&D, clinical operations, regulatory affairs and more.

She’s also a great fit for how we do things around here. She’s relationship-driven, genuinely interested in what makes people tick, and believes the best matches happen when you take the time to really understand both the company and the person.

Now she’s bringing that approach to our Life Sciences team – helping companies find the people they need and candidates find the right next move.

Last week was a good one for the Hobson Team!

We headed to Foxwoods Resort Casino for our annual year-end meeting and celebration - recognizing a successful 2026 fiscal year, celebrating some outstanding accomplishments and, of course, having some fun along the way.

We surpassed our team sales goal and had some very well-deserved recognition to celebrate!

She may be relatively new to Hobson, but she’s certainly not new to the industry.

Before recruiting, Jessica built her career in healthcare and medical device sales, giving her firsthand insight into the industry and the people she works with today. Now, she specializes in Commercial and Market Access search across Healthcare & Life Sciences.

Last week a few of us from Hobson Associates competed in the JA Office Warriors fundraising competition hosted by Junior Achievement of Southwest New England in Hartford, CT! 🎉

Our team - '𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞', - showed up ready to compete and had the absolute best time representing Hobson alongside some amazing local businesses, all in support of JA's incredible mission.
