We are Hiring! Line Leader (Bilingual-Spanish) (Plant City, FL)

The following duties are performed by the floor Lead
Schedule daily duties of Production crews and oversee their daily performance.
Supervise and direct the duties of operations personnel in production.
Distribute labor within and between production departments to meet daily production requirements.
Track and maintain daily attendance and hours worked daily
Promote and attend daily Safety Meeting
Serve as liaison between the production floor and Site Manager to determine the labor needs for the production floor.
Monitor daily crew production quality output.
Assist when necessary with actual production.
Evaluate, coach and/or discipline staff as required.
Train new staff and existing staff as required.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
1-3 years warehouse/manufacturing/production experience preferably in a supervisory capacity.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills.
Shifts:
Day shift 12 hours rotating schedule: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Night shift 12 hours rotating schedule: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Must be able to work every other weekend

Staffing agency seeking Palletizer Operators for large manufacturing facility in Plant City, Florida. (SE HABLA ESPAÑOL)

This a full time long term assignment.

Job Description:

- Operates console that controls automatic palletizing equipment to sort, transfer, and stack on pallets containers of finished products, such as plastic bottles/jars.
- Observes packages moving along conveyor to identify packages and to detect defective packaging, and presses console buttons to deflect packages to predetermined accumulator or reject lines.
- Turns selector switch on palletizer to control stacking arrangement of packages on pallet and to transfer loaded pallet to storage or delivery platform.
- Stops equipment to clear jams.
- Informs supervisor of equipment malfunction.
- May keep record of production and equipment performance.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have clean criminal background.
- Must pass drug test.
- Strict attire enforced.
- Must be able to work weekends.

Shift:

- Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM - Rotating Shift: 3 days ON, 2 days OFF, 2 days ON, 3 days OFF and so forth.
- Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 PM - Rotating Shift: same as above.

Pay:

Starts @ $11.00 per hour DAY shift and @ $11.75 per hour NIGHT shift. Pay increases are attainable by having good attendance, good performance and great attitude after 90/120 days

- Open boxes with Salmon and put fish on tables / Abrir cajas con Salmon y poner el
pescado sobre la mesa
- Flay the skin of the fish and make different cuts / Removerle la piel al pescado y
hacerle diferentes cortes
- Set the plates with fish on the bands, plasticize it, weigh it and label it / Setiar el
plato con el pescado en las bandas, plastificarlo, pesarlo y etiquetarlo.

* Requirements:

-Ability to stand for an extended period of time doing repetitive work / Capacidad
para permanecer de pie por un periodo de tiempo prolongado con trabajo repetido.

-All this activities are inside the plant with temperature bellow 50F. (Production) / .
Todas las actividades son en el interior de la planta con temperatura bajo 50F.
