Immediate need for a temporary employee:

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9a- 12 or 1 pm

- Shopify – Look at daily product orders and package/ship them
- Check Voicemails
- Refill medications
- Send and upload annual health forms
- When leads email our CRM, send templates and place patients on our recall list for follow-up calls
- Confirmation texts and calls for upcoming appointments (script will be provided).

Prior medical office experience a plus.
