Shift Options:
Reach FL Operators
1st Shift: 6am–2:30pm | $17.50/hr
*MUST WORK OVERTIME FOR ALL SHIFTS*
Experienced forklift operator responsible for loading/unloading trailers and material handling within a warehouse. Operates various equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, cranes, and power trucks. Maintains records as needed and follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. Works under general supervision.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of high reach forklift experience.
1-2 years Counterbalance (slip and clamp) Forklift experience.
Required certifications/licenses as applicable.
Drug test and clean background check required.
Basic skills in material handling, logistics, or manufacturing.
Effective communication and basic math skills.
Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment and use general computer skills.
Must lift/move 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching, etc.).
Exposure to extreme temperatures, moving machinery, and loud noise levels.
Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
