Design Business Solutions, is a PA UCP Certified DBE business that offers multiple solutions for companies and individuals to grow. Founder, Monica White, has over 30 years of experience within the staffing industry. Ms. White is Penn State University educated in Business Management and Accounting. She has worked with and for Fortune 500 companies including Wesco Distribution, Alcoa and EQT & successfully held positions in office management and accounting.

Ms. White, was born in Pittsburgh, PA on Pittsburgh's North Side & grew up helping others through her volunteer work for most of her 50 years. She’s worked with Light of Life Ministries serving the homeless, North Side Food Pantry & programs through her home church, Emmanuel Episcopal, such as AA where she helped facilitate meetings, Friends of the Family assisting single moms with care for their newborns and annual planning and carrying out summer youth programs to name a few.

It is this passion to help others that drives her to genuinely want to see others grow and realize their own dreams and success. Her company serves as a platform to accomplish this goal. Offering businesses supportive services and an array of workshops and support to the candidates she serves, her goal is to see both sides achieve in their successes.
