Just a friendly reminder that PCSI’s Food Pantry is open until 8 pm today (and every Thursday)! If weekdays feel too busy, stop by after work to shop for nutritious groceries and pick up healthy recipes.

Our pantry is always open Monday–Friday, 10 am to 4 pm, at our North Craig Street Headquarters, but our hours are extended each Thursday evening for your convenience.

PCSI’s next Pre-Employment Preparation (Pr.E.P) School cohort begins Tuesday, September 8.

Now offered in a one-week format, Pr.E.P School is a free program for City of Pittsburgh residents age 18 and older. In four sessions, participants build skills and confidence to help them find, keep, and succeed in a job.

The September cohort meets Tuesday through Friday, September 8-11, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM at PCSI’s office, located at 249 N. Craig Street in Pittsburgh. Refreshments are provided at every class, and participants can earn up to $100 for completing the program ($25 per day).
