Mindy Becker Founder of Grow with Us Conscious Discipline® is a social-emotional curriculum based on current brain research.

Grow With Us is an interactive learning center that offers a variety of parent workshops, professional trainings, and parent and child education classes through a natural, hands-on, warm and caring environment. The underlying

strategies and techniques taught and utilized at the center are based on the innovative concepts of Conscious Discipline® created by Dr. Becky Bailey. The program teaches adults how to respond to life events rather than react and in turn, teaches children how to do the same. Conscious Discipline® also teaches relationship skills that help adults in every interaction, for all aspects of life.
