Choose Your Compensation Plan:
PLAN A: 65% of line-haul rate + 100% of shipper's fuel surcharge
PLAN B: 70% of the All-In Rate
Plus:

⏱️ Detention Pay: $15/hour after 2 hours
🚛 Trailer Search Pay: CPM based on the current week's DOE
Contractors are compensated for trailer searches, not deadhead miles.

The network load board is primarily Drop & Hook, with access to an expanded load board offering Live Load options when you choose.
Use the App to plan loads directly to your truck and pre-plan up to four loads at a time — three pre-plans plus one dispatch.
⛽ SAVE MORE OF WHAT YOU EARN
Fuel discounts average approximately $0.50 per gallon, with 100% of the fuel discount passed to the contractor. Estimated average savings are approximately $550/month versus competitors.
Additional benefits include Goodyear tire discounts up to 35%, parts/service discounts through FRHT and PTRB, optional medical and truck insurance discounts through TrueNorth, and short- and long-term financing options through TFS Financial.
Settlements are paid every Friday with Bill of Lading required.
🚚 TRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
Your tractor must be a Sleeper Conventional, weigh 20,000 lbs. or less, and have a fifth wheel height of 47.5 inches or less. Non-trucking liability and occupational insurance are required.
Required technology includes GeoTab GO 9 ELD and a forward-facing GeoTab GO Focus camera.
📋 KNOW BEFORE YOU LEASE ON
Contractors should understand that program deductions and expenses apply, including the $150 new-hire drug screen deduction, weekly technology/trailer repositioning fee, GeoTab fee, escrow contributions, and plates/permit charges when applicable. Camera installation/equipment costs and optional programs such as toll packages, ATBS, DriveWyze and roadside assistance may also apply.
Required documentation varies depending on whether you operate under company plates or your own plates, so have your title, bill of sale or lease agreement, current 2290, DOT inspection and other applicable documents ready.
