Lubin, Enoch & Bustamante, P.C. is excited, and proud, to announce that Jacob D. Martinez has joined our law firm as an associate attorney. Jacob is a 2026 graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Jacob is admitted to practice law in Arizona and, in the coming months, he is going to be admitted in New Mexico and Oklahoma so that he can work on our firm's growing labor side practice in those states. Jacob is also a union-endorced, Democrat candidate for the Arizona State House of Representatives in Legislative District 9, comprising parts of East Tempe and West Mesa. And, as of this week, Jacob is a member of the AFL-CIO's Union Lawyers Alliance, a group of roughly 2,000 lawyers who represent the AFL-CIO and its affiliated labor unions.
