Stephanie, and Michelle just wrapped up a job fair, made a second Starbucks stop, squeezed in breakfast, handled meetings, and somehow still have inboxes overflowing with emails waiting.😂

The job fair may be finished…
…but the workday clearly did not get the memo. 😅

Living in Phoenix means you don’t check the weather… you negotiate with it ☀️🔥

Morning: “Oh this is nice, I might wear a light sweater.”
By noon: “Why does the sun feel personal?”
By 3pm: “Who turned my car into an air fryer?”

And don’t even get me started on “it’s a dry heat.”
So is my oven. I don’t stand in that either.

Tips for surviving Phoenix weather:
✔ Always park in the shade like it’s a competitive sport
✔ Keep a water bottle with you like it’s your emotional support accessory
✔ Test your seatbelt before committing (we’ve all been burned… literally)
✔ Accept that your hair has its own weather system now

Honestly, the best way to keep up with Phoenix weather is simple:
Step outside → immediately regret your choices → adjust accordingly 😅
