We offer generous compensation package, including bonuses, benefits and many additional perks! In this position leads are provided on a performance based system, the ideal candidate for the sales person position will also be expected to prospect and generate new business daily, both within their assigned territories by cold-calling/canvassing in the field as needed, as well as by building a solid referral network to acquire new business, in addition to providing support to existing clients and new customers from begining to end of the sales and service process.

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs, climb a ladder and walk a roof-top to conduct exterior building inspections. Appropriate Certifications and training are provided.

Responsibilities Identify new markets, generate leads, acquire new business, manage prospects and new clients Service existing clients Perform Inspections Effectively explain and negotiate contracts Demonstrate products to assist clients with varous selections Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas Attend Sales Meetings regularly Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred 2+ years' experience in sales with strong track record of success Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies Strong presentation, negotiation, follow through and closing skills Self-motivated and able to work both collaboritavly and independently to meet or exceed goals Excellent Organization, Time Management and Communication and Computer Skills Knowledge of Construction business a plus Familiar with various CRM Software a plus Good Driving Record and Clean Criminal Background Check A Must

Salary: $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
