Responsibilities
-Assist machine installation
-Assist Machine Qualification
-Participate in operator and service training
-Mechanical, electrical
-Machine control systems
-Facilities support
-Follow-on phase
-Operate CellCast Machine
-Service CellCast machine
-Develop metrics on machine performance
-Communicate machine issues with engineering
Minimum Requirements:
-Technical school diploma or college degree
-Minimum of 8 years work experience, performing such machine technical Service and Support
-Multidisciplinary system support experience
-Service oriented and experience in methodical troubleshooting
-Quick & creative problem solving
-Experience in dealing with developing technology or Start ups
-Experience with bringing new products to the market
-Be responsive on-site and remotely to support systems up-time and repair on a timely manner
-Training customers and other team members
-Proven technical aptitude (Elec/Mech/Controls)
