Congratulations to our nurse Ashley R on 5 years with Fidelity On Call!
When asked what has kept her with us in the ever-changing travel healthcare world, she shared:

Kellie made my transition to agency nursing seamless and far less intimidating. Every question I had was met with either an immediate answer or a prompt follow-up. She checks in with me regularly and is proactive as my contracts near completion, advocating for the best possible rates, ensuring my time-off requests are approved, and keeping me informed of any updates. She is consistently available and provides knowledgeable, reliable support.
Sara is exceptionally organized and attentive. She closely monitors my credentialing requirements and contacts me well in advance of any expirations to ensure I remain compliant. She goes above and beyond by even assisting me in locating places where I can complete renewals.
Melanie is equally dependable, consistently reviewing my time records and catching any missed punches so that my pay is never delayed."
