Job Summary:
The Deal Progression Representative acts as the Deal Progression Team’s first point of contact and supports sales representatives and customers by helping facilitate and effectively communicate all of the critical activities and associated communications with the initial sales and installation process, including but not limited to scheduling site surveys, dates for installations, and other related duties.

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities;
● Manage Salesforce CRM prioritization for providing prompt support and answers for customers and sales team members
● Provide real-time support for customers, Sales team, and Deal Progressions team with emphasis on immediate issues
● Ensure best practices for resolving customer issues and moving sales forward
● Support customers via telephone and email with information on Meraki installation and additional service features
● Answer questions and resolve issues
● Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, issues, or comments in Salesforce CRM
● Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
● Proficiency in Spanish
● 3 years’ experience in customer relations
● 2 years’ experience in Salesforce or other CRM software
● Bachelor’s degree, preferred

Working Conditions:
The Deal Progression Representative works in an air conditioned, office environment with extended periods of time typing, working on a computer, answering phone calls, and sitting. Day to day responsibilities require little to no repeated crouching, climbing, kneeling, pulling/pushing more than 10 lbs., squatting, and reaching above the shoulders.
