Maintenance Mechanic
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Summary:**
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery and equipment throughout the facility to ensure safe and efficient operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacements.
- Complete basic electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic repairs.
- Replace defective parts and assist with equipment installation and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of supplies.
- Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and report potential hazards to supervisors.
**Requirements:**
- Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to wear required safety equipment and follow safety guidelines.
