A Registered Behavior Technician works one-on-one with students, implementing ABA therapy plans designed by a BCBA. They help students build communication skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and develop independence, one session at a time.
They are some of the most hands-on, relationship-driven professionals in a school building. 💙

Cinthya Vodanovich built Aptus because she kept seeing the same gap: qualified professionals looking for meaningful work, and schools that desperately needed them. Nobody was connecting the dots the right way.

So she did.
