Teleflora Consumer Direct - Contact Center Representative (Hybrid Schedule)

Are you dependable, self-motivated, and love to make other people smile? Then we have a job for you with Teleflora Consumer Direct! As a contact center representative for Teleflora, you will work for our Paragould call center office, acting as the front-line contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to enter orders and messages on behalf of our member floral shops when they are unavailable.
The position is temp-to-hire, with employment considerations made after a probationary period which will allow leadership to assess the employee’s skills, habits, and work ethic. Once the employee is hired permanently, access to all the incredible health insurance and PTO benefits that come along with being a Teleflora employee will be available.
The position is 40 hours per week with a set schedule.
