Assembly Technician
1st Shift
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pay Based on Experience - $14.50 - $15.00/HR

· Measure and cut tank materials accurately to meet production specifications.
· Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products using proper lifting techniques or equipment.
· Operate basic shop and assembly machinery such as saws, drills, and grinders.
· Assist in the assembly of mechanical and structural components on an assembly line or custom build station.
· Install, repair, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment related to agroeconomic applications.
· Conduct inspections and functional tests on assembled parts to ensure quality standards are met.
· Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, reporting defects or maintenance needs to supervisors.
· Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
· Collaborate with skilled technicians, engineers, and production leads to support overall manufacturing goals.

🔩 Layout & Assembly: Accurately position fabricated parts using shop drawings while following AISC and AWS standards.
⚙️ Fabrication Setup: Align and position structural metal components in preparation for welding or riveting.
📏 Precision Marking: Mark reference points and centerlines, ensuring everything is measured to perfection.
🏗 Part Positioning: Manually or mechanically move parts into place for final assembly using hoists/overhead cranes.

CNC SETUP/MACHINE OPERATOR
1st Shift
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pay $20.00/HR

· Set up and operate the OMAX Waterjet using Layout and Make software to cut a variety of materials.
· Operate the HK FS3015-Fiber Laser, including file setup, laser calibration, and quality checks.
· Run Robotic Welder systems, load programs or teach paths, and ensure weld quality and safety.
· Use Standard Industrial Corp Press Brake for bending material to specifications.
· Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
· Monitor equipment, inspect parts, and perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
