Now Hiring: Construction Foreman
**Labor Finders** is seeking an experienced **Construction Foreman** to lead field crews performing structural restoration, waterproofing, concrete repair, coatings, sealants, stucco repair, and other building-envelope restoration work. Pay $30-35 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise field crews of approximately **4–10 crew members**.
* Plan, organize, and assign daily tasks to crew members.
* Read and interpret **construction drawings, specifications, repair details, and manufacturer requirements**.
* Perform and supervise the following types of work:
* Concrete demolition and restoration
* Rebar preparation and replacement
* Structural repair materials and applications
* Waterproofing systems
* Pedestrian traffic coatings
* Sealants and joint systems
* Stucco and façade repairs
* Surface preparation, grinding, and coatings
* Coordinate materials, equipment, tools, lifts, scaffolding, and site-access requirements.
* Track completed quantities and crew labor hours.
* Identify concealed conditions or work outside the contracted scope and immediately notify the Superintendent.
* Take daily photographs and maintain accurate documentation of completed work.
* Coordinate required engineer inspections before repair work is covered.
* Conduct daily safety meetings and **Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)** while enforcing SRC safety requirements.
* Train new employees and mentor and develop crew members.
* Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite while ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience leading commercial construction or restoration crews.
* Minimum 5 years Hands-on experience with structural restoration, concrete repair, waterproofing, coatings, sealants, or related building-envelope work strongly preferred.
* Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
* Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
* Willingness to travel when required
Manufacturer experiance with SIKA, Tremco, BASF/Master Builders, Pecora or comparable waterproofing/restoration systems is a plus
