You’ll start by sorting and inspecting precut lumber for defects before it’s used to make doors. But that’s just the beginning! 👀

We’ll train the right people and cross-train you in different areas of our production process, giving you the chance to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities.

✅ No experience? No problem — we’ll train you!
✅ Production or quality experience? That’s a plus!
✅ Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
✅ Must pass a background check & drug screen
