Now Hiring: Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist in Newbury Park.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update inventory records within inventory management systems
Perform inventory transactions, transfers, adjustments, and cycle counts
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock
Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials
Generate inventory reports and support audits
Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Purchasing teams to ensure material availability
Follow GMP standards, company procedures, and safety policies

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain experience preferred
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse and production environments
