Effective March, 1, 2022
•Visiting hours are 5 a.m. – 9 p.m.
•No restriction on number of visitors that can visit their loved ones in our facility.
•There will be no age restriction except for ICU and NICU. Children that would like to visit the ICU or NICU must be 14 years and older.
•If you are visiting a patient who is under observation or tests positive for coronavirus (COVID-19), please check with the unit for visitor guidelines.
•All visitors must properly wear the appropriate PPE at all times.

She was known for her straw hat decorated with colorful plastic flowers and $1.98 price tag. The world knew her as comedian Minnie Pearl. To the HCA Healthcare family, she is Sarah Cannon.

After battling breast cancer, Sarah began a non profit group to raise money for cancer research. She even gave her name to the organization that had helped her. Today, her legacy continues with Sarah Cannon Research Institute, which offers state-of-the-art cancer care close to home for hundreds of thousands of patients including patients here in the Kansas City region.

You can catch a glimpse of Minnie Pearl in Johnny and June at the New Theatre & Restaurant through the end of January. Thank you to the New Theatre & Restaurant for sharing a part of Minnie with the Kansas City region.

To reduce the spread of respiratory illnesses, we are taking the following precautions to protect our patients, visitors, and staff:

- Visiting hours are 5 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Patients are limited to ONE designated visitor per patient stay or visit.
- ICU, Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, NICU and Pediatric patients and visitors need to check with their care team to discuss the visitation policy.
- Visitors must be age 14 and over.
- Visitors are not allowed to check–in after 8:30 p.m.
