This feisty petite stands 5' 4", 102 lbs., dress size 0 to 2, shoe size 7.5, has expressive green eyes, and long brown hair. Erica is a "self-starter" with a "get-out-of-my-way" personality that takes no prisoners. She knows what she wants, and she is going for the brass ring. Over the last couple of years, Erica has done many bookings, mainly for print and fashion shows. See a few photos showing some of the over 500 pageants I have done in my 44+ years. I have owned and operated 6 national and international pageants; I have served as the Dean of Judges, a VIP Judge, and a promoter at hundreds of pageants. Also, I have performed as the Master of Ceremonies on many. Two of my favorite pageant systems I have worked on are the American Dream Enterprises System (I worked 30+ years) and the North American Scholastic pageant system, which I owned and operated in 6 U.S. states. Some of the countries include Malaysia, the Bahamas, Jamaica, Italy, Africa, Canada, and many states in the U.S. Through pageantry and contests, I have been able to make many dreams come true for so many people. Today, marks the 44-years-in-business anniversary for Career Images Model & Talent Agency, Inc., a company that I started 44 years ago. As the Founder and CEO, I am proud of our history of providing dedicated service to clients, models, actors, entertainers, photographers, and more. Having done business in 48 U.S. states and 29 foreign countries, the international network that I have built is notable. I owned five model agencies at the same time at one point in my career (one in New York, another in Florida, and three in Kansas City), and this is one of my biggest career achievements. The best recipe for succeeding in any business is honesty, integrity, authenticity, and diligence in performance. Understanding people and making a positive impact in their lives is tantamount to achieving growth and enduring. I have succeeded in my life because I have been able to help so many others succeed in their life. People don't care what you know...they want to know that you care. And our journey continues! This year, my son Tim and his wife Maddison are paired with Jacob, a young adult with developmental disabilities. Join Tim and Maddison as they celebrate Jacob’s accomplishments as an employee of the Golden Scoop and strive to raise funding that will ensure that Jacob and others will continue to have opportunities to thrive in the workplace and in the community.

Twenty-seven teams are competing to raise the most funds for Inclusion Connections. The team raising the most funds will be crowned Top Model at the FashionAbility Gala on February 21, 2026. This year’s goal is to raise $250,000.00. Your donation helps individuals with disabilities gain job skills, employment, and independence at Inclusion Connections. Last Sunday, (10-26-25) I enjoyed playing an on-camera role as "Steve Limpkin" in the movie "Patient Zero". Special acknowledgement to Solarwick Productions, Aaron Summer Javadi, Josh Pearson, and all the cast and crew.
