Meet Michelle! 👋

Michelle has been in staffing and HR since 1993, and with Staffing Kansas City since 2012 (she even helped with our startup back in the beginning!). She loves connecting people with opportunities where they can really thrive, and building relationships with clients that last well beyond the placement.

Outside the office, Michelle is soaking up country life, prepping for a move into her new home this fall. She’s happiest on a Harley ride, tackling a DIY project, or making memories traveling with family. And speaking of family, she’s a proud mom of four and a grandma who’s very much in her “grandma era,” with a new grandbaby here and one more on the way!

We’re so glad to have Michelle on the Staffing KC team. 💜

Congratulations to Brittany, Heidy, and Lillian. Three incredible people who found more than just a job through Staffing Kansas City, and who are now chasing their next goal: continuing their education.

Each year, the Staffing Kansas City Remembrance Scholarship awards $3,000 to a college, trade school, or computer training center - this year three winners received $1,000 each - because we believe in supporting the people we work with at every stage of their journey.

Dedicated in memory of Christian Lee Peters, Sam Donnici Jr., Mary Jo Donnici, Janet Lichtenauer, Marc Lee, and Peggy Cannon. This scholarship carries their legacy forward by investing in the next generation’s growth.
