The Greater Oshkosh Economic Development Corporation (Greater Oshkosh EDC) is a private-public organization committed to providing leadership, direction, coordination, and services to advance economic development in the greater Oshkosh area. Greater Oshkosh EDC accomplishes this mission through building on its strong economic base of existing enterprises and industries, diversifying the economic base by encouraging new industries, and further developing businesses that fill gaps and improve the regional quality of life – all aimed at raising the economic well-being of the greater Oshkosh area and its residents.

Adam wrapped up his first week with GOEDC by joining WEDC at Excel Engineering in Fond du Lac to learn about site selection best practices. These insights help communities attract valuable development projects and create new opportunities for growth.

📍 BR&E Visit: Multicircuits Inc. | October 14

Tricia and Alicia visited Multicircuits Inc. in Oshkosh to tour the facility, meet with company leadership, and discuss workforce needs. From printed circuit boards used in NASA’s Artemis mission to products supporting aerospace, defense, and medical technology, Multicircuits highlights the innovation happening right here in Oshkosh! 🚀

📍 WEDC REDD Retreat | October 14

Alicia and Tricia joined the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce and City of Oshkosh to welcome WEDC’s Regional Economic Development Directors (REDD) for a bus tour of local development projects. The tour showcased how state and local partnerships help bring redevelopment, revitalization, and business growth opportunities to life.

From strengthening local businesses to showcasing community development, GOEDC is proud to work alongside the partners who help move the region forward!

Greater Oshkosh EDC is excited to welcome Kou Xiong as our new Program Manager and Adam BellCorelli as Account Manager, Business & Community Development!

Kou brings more than 20 years of experience in financial analysis, lending, risk management, and community development. He’ll support GOEDC’s economic development programs while helping connect businesses and communities with financing opportunities and resources.

Adam brings nearly two decades of experience in higher education, nonprofit leadership, regional planning, community outreach, and local government. He’ll work with businesses, developers, municipalities, and community partners to support attraction, expansion, housing, workforce, and development initiatives.

We’re excited to have Kou and Adam on board and look forward to the experience, connections, and fresh perspectives they’ll bring to moving our region forward! 🚀

Last week, Alicia attended the WEDA Fall Best Practices Conference in Kenosha, WI!

The conference brought together economic development professionals from across Wisconsin for valuable conversations and insights on creative development financing, industrial site readiness, small business support, community engagement, and public-private partnerships.

Alicia brought home new ideas, perspectives, and best practices to help support economic development efforts across Winnebago County. We’re always glad to learn from other communities and bring those insights back home! 💡
