🎨 Industrial Painter
Pay: $18.85/hr
Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 5:30am–3:30pm or 3:00pm–1:00am

Key Responsibilities:
Safety compliance and PPE use
Load/unload parts on paint line
Monitor coating quality and report issues
Assist with paint‑line maintenance
Support production flow through staging and prep
Perform physical tasks in a hot environment

🔥 Welder
Pay: $29.00/hr
Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 3:00pm–1:00am

Key Responsibilities:
MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials
Read blueprints and weld symbols
Operate & troubleshoot robotic welding systems
Train new team members as needed
Maintain welding equipment and perform basic repairs
Support production across multiple work areas

🔧 Assembler
Pay: $17.85/hr
Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 5:30am–3:30pm
OT: Fridays 5:30am–1:30pm as needed

Key Responsibilities:
Basic mechanical assembly to meet quality standards
Validate materials before production
Follow work instructions and build to spec

🔥 Welder – Metal Fabrication (Day Shift)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
MIG welding on hollow metal frame material and commercial hardware.
Frame assembly and installation of hardware components.
Operate saws, grinders, and sanders to cut and finish metal.
Fabricate custom frames per work order specs (cutting, punching, welding, grinding, finishing).
Prepare doors for hardware, light kits, and glass inserts.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
1–2 years of metal fabrication or related experience.
MIG welding experience preferred.
Blueprint reading and accurate tape‑measure use.
Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and 100 lbs with assistance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates/specs.

🔥 Welder – Industrial Production (1st Shift)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:00pm
Pay: Up to $26.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Move materials by hand or using jib crane, overhead crane, or forklift.
Measure and inspect tacked material to meet customer specs.
Complete inspection reports and documentation.
Perform preventive maintenance on torches and equipment.
Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE.
Support bay supervisor, lead, or management with additional tasks.

Qualifications:
Ability to use tape measure, calipers, micrometers, and read blueprints.
Knowledge of welding equipment, materials, and fuels
Understanding of general shop procedures.
Minimum 1 year welding experience in an industrial environment preferred.
Ability to safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
Physical ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.

We are seeking a dependable, safety‑focused Machine Operator to support daily operations in a glass tempering department.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:30pm
Pay: $20.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Operate glass machinery including cutting, edging, and seaming equipment.
Set up and maintain machines to meet production and quality standards.
Pre‑stage raw glass and store finished products according to guidelines.
Safely handle and maneuver glass, including lifting to platform heights of three feet.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with inventory and quality control.
Perform repetitive tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Cross‑train for additional workstations as needed.
Complete additional tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:
