The Origins of the Dvar Brand

Dvar Music Entertainments is an American independent record label with a roster that includes a broad array of artist both local
and international artist. Dvar Enterprise wanted to create a new system, one that allowed emerging young artist the opportunity of achieving their dreams and goals and to establish their own identity within the music industry. Based on the principle of expanding its range of business in order to expand its work force, Dvar Enterprise strove to develop new recording industry-related business. This approach resulted in the creation of Dvar Music Entertainments, an independant record label. In 2010, the company was renamed Dvar Records, and a new head office building was established in Brunswick, Georgia using the profits made in the nine years since its founding. Dvar Record's determination to become an integrated music company handling all stages of music production from planning and design, through to promotion, and sales, had brought it much faster growth than it expected. Within ten years of its founding, the company became an promising business. Chris was appointed president of Dvar Records and responsibility for the day to day management of the company was placed on James who was then Director in charge of Dvar Clothing Company. James had joined Dvar Enterprise because he wanted just such a challenge.At the time Dvar Records was virtually unknown, having recently changed its name from Dvar Music Entertainment. Deeply affected by the strong and unique leadership of James, he thrived on the freedom, flexibility, and spirit of independence championed by the Dvar philosophy. His personality was up to the challenge of Dvar Records. To make Dvar Records a success, Chris was convinced that he needed enthusiastic people with no previous experience in the recording industry. Owning only one CD and being totally inexperienced in the industry, James was the perfect choice for Chris. To succeed in the business, Dvar Records needed to distinguish itself from its long established competitors. When the new company placed a recruiting advertisement on a social Network asking for inexperienced and energetic people with fresh ideas, it received five hundred and fifty responses. Dvar records Records selected four music-loving candidates to join the company. As Chris had hoped, the new staff disregarded the traditions and practices of the Traditional recording industry as they strove to develop Dvar Records into a formidable competitor. Dvar Records was determined to discover and develop new artists on its own. They were the lifeblood of the music business, but this challenged the traditional practice that production companies developed artists and record companies only produced records. Like the electronics industry, the music industry required a constant flow of new talent. In order to find these artists, Dvar Records established its own auditioning system. At first, inexperience resulted in many mistakes. But once thorough market research had been conducted, the company was able to gradually introduce a number of successful new artists.
