We are seeking dependable, highly skilled individuals to join our team and advance your career as a Commercial Plumber

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PLUMBER:

· 3-5+ years of verifiable commercial plumbing experience as a Plumber

· Ability to inspect, test, and verify code compliance and functionality of installations.

· Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial and residentials buildings.

· Measuring, cutting, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures using mechanical solder, brazing and pipe joining methods.

· Using hand, measuring and power tools common to the plumbing trade

· OSHA- 10 (helpful)

Commercial Electrician Responsibilities:

Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
Able to bend, thread, and install conduit
Install junction boxes, panels, switches, plugs and light fixtures
Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Commercial Electrician Qualifications:

Previous experience in electrical projects
Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

*Pay is based on experience

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
