When it comes to creating delicious bread and other baked treats, do you always rise to the occasion and roll out your best? We’re looking for experienced Bakers to create tasty, wholesome, high-quality baked goods. Join us and start serving up a satisfying experience for our guests! 🧁

As a Baker, you’ll ensure only the finest baked products are made and packaged for our parks. This involves producing delicious pastries, desserts, and other baked goods in order to deliver an exceptional experience to guests and Ambassadors alike. 🍰

‖ Responsibilities Include:
— Bread Production: Responsible for setting up equipment, processing dough through machinery, proper packaging, labeling, storage and rotation of product
— Cake Decorating: Responsible for maintaining proper inventory of all decorated cakes. Also tasked with development of new products and decorating special order decorated cake
— Finishing/Decorating: Various positions within this group include cake decorators, bread baggers, and specialty dessert production, mixer/baker (responsible for baked items other than breads)
— Following all safety and HACCP guidelines, use proper protective gear, testing food temperatures, HACCP verification
— Demonstrating skill and ability to prepare high quality food by following menu specifications to meet Company standards
— Conducting final prepared food quality oversight, utilizing advanced kitchen equipment such as but not limited to; open flame chargrills, smokers, steam kettles, woks and large Bakery machinery
— Keeping all assigned areas clean and sanitized, including the use of cooking oil filter machines, emptying trash, sweeping, detail cleaning, and sanitizing knives, cutting board, and prep table and sink
— Preparing/baking large quantities of baked goods during a shift
— Performing other duties as assigned

— At least 18 years of age
— Comfortable and able to work with all food types, including food allergens in any dining facility
— 6 months of Production Bakery/Patisserie Experience
— Able to communicate effectively with ambassadors, guests and leadership
— Basic knife skills and knowledge of cake decorating
— Able to multitask in a high pace, high production environment

As an Irrigation Mechanic, you will perform irrigation and gardening tasks for all landscape maintenance and construction projects throughout our park.

‖ Responsibilities Include:
— Maintenance of irrigation systems and have completed the Irrigation Team Training Guidelines check-off sheet
— Maintenance of systems
— E.T. Systems: controller, master valves, flow system, ET gauge, rain bucket and communication relationships
— Complete monthly system evaluation reports
— Use handheld radio while maintaining radio etiquette
— Complete lock-out/tag-out training
— Technical expertise
— Interact with outside contractors on construction projects in a professional manner
— Install valve manifolds, master valve and flow sensor set up
— Repair pressure lines up to 3 inches
— Solo system evaluations (pressure gauges – pito tube).
— Perform water audits
— Understand coverage (nozzles, spacing-pressure regulation)
— Troubleshoot wire issues such as tone tracer and wire locator
— Install controller pedestal and wire controller to operating status
— Design irrigation systems, understanding static and dynamic pressures
— Program a controller (shop test)
— Advance Smart controller programing (plant/water relationships, plant coefficients and water budgeting programing).
— Maintain operating communication between central and individual
— Train others in all aspects of an irrigation operating system
— General skills including wedding, mulching, grading, pruning, planting tree and shrubs, bedding plants and transplanting

— Formal education in horticulture or landscape; or equivalent combination of education and experience

As a Food Service Ambassador, you will ensure a great experience for our guests while working in a variety of venues including restaurants, carts/kiosks, specialty snack carts, coffee shops, dessert stations, etc.

‖ Responsibilities Include:
— Enthusiastically greeting and welcoming guests
— Providing information to guests on food & beverage products being offered
— Making recommendations to fit each guest’s needs
— Supporting dietary restrictions, allergies and special needs
— Taking orders in a prompt manner and ensuring ex*****on of delivery
— Maintaining a clean working environment
— Operating cash registers
— Maintaining monies and sales information for audit and balance
— Following proper cash handling procedures
— Preparing/carrying vending trays

‖ What it takes to succeed:
— At least 16 years old
— Commitment to exceptional guest service
— Ability to learn/use point of sale (cash register) systems
— Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
— Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
— Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
— Ability to walk and stand extensively
— Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions
— Completion of all training, including ServSafe and RCS Responsible Vendor Training
— Flexibility in working varied shifts
— Previous cash handling experience preferred
— Food service and/or theme park experience highly desirable

*This position's rate of pay is $12.00/hr, and is eligible for an additional $3.00/hr seasonal incentive rate through 9/5/2022.

Join our Park Quality team and put your outstanding eye for details into action as you prepare and maintain the park environment, setting the stage for an exceptional park visit and lasting memories for our guests! ✨

As a Park Area Ambassador, you are responsible for maintaining restrooms, pathways and stadiums; you’ll ensure an exemplary level of guest service, including engaging with guests and maintaining a clean and safe environment through the park. Working in a team environment, you will model a positive attitude, a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality. 🧹

‖ Responsibilities Include:
— Maintaining cleanliness of restroom/park areas
— Stocking restroom supplies
— Maintaining/organizing storage closets
— Notifying leadership of any supplies needed
— Reporting any concerns or repair needs in restroom facilities
— Sweeping debris from pathways while scanning landscape for trash
— Maintaining hand washing stations
— Changing trash bags
— Interacting with guests and answering guest questions
— Directing guests to attractions
— Assisting with park emergencies, including inclement weather
— Performing other duties as assigned

‖ What it takes to succeed:
— Must be at least 16 years old
— Strong team player
— Commitment to exceptional guest service
— Strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
— Ability to remain calm, troubleshoot and make quick decisions in stressful situations
— Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
— Ability to climb on ladders, stadium steps, and uneven surfaces
— Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 300 lbs. on a cart with assistance
— Comfortable working around water and animals
— Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
— Valid state driver’s license preferred
— Bilingual skills highly desirable
