Mental health is a lifelong experience, from age 13 to 93. Each stage brings its own pressures, losses, growth, and need for support.

In schools, young people are forming identity, managing expectations, and building the emotional foundation for the future.

Dr. Ford participated in the university’s inaugural professional seminar with a clear focus: real workforce readiness. Her message challenged students to understand the difference between socializing and intentional networking—reinforcing that career growth is built on discipline, preparation, and authentic connection.
