A few days late, but Welcome PFC Carrasco! He enlisted the other day as an 11B - Infantryman and will leave to training this spring after finishing Fall Semester. PFC Carrasco plans to contract ROTC next fall. Good luck brotha, You worked hard to get here!

Congrats PVT Hunt! Enlisted today as a 13B - Cannon Crew member in the artillery. PVT Hunt made the process quick and smooth, couldn’t be more impressed with someone starting their military journey. Came all the way from Minnesota to go to college and start the ROTC program here at UVU. Big things are ahead for this guy!

Another Congrats to SPC LeBron Ramos! Absolutely crushed it at basic training. Despite being the oldest guy in his company, his work ethic and determination saw him out perform many of the younger guys. Congrats brotha! One more school to go!

Congrats to PV2 Johnson (not related, lol)

Enlisted today as an 11B Infantryman. After completing 11B OSUT he will contract with the UVU ROTC. Was super awesome working with him and I’m excited to see what he goes on to do in the future.

Welcome PFC Snow to the Utah Army National Guard! PFC Snow enlisted today as an 11C - Indirect Fire infantryman (Mortarman) and will receive a $20,000 bonus! As he continues his education at UVU and contracts ROTC he will not only have free school but will be making well over $1,000 a month during the semester. All this for PART TIME WORK! At completion of the program he will enlist as an officer and have the option to go active duty, reserves or to stay in the guard.
