Construction Trades Staffing has partnered with a leading General Contractor in Western New York to recruit an experienced Construction Site Supervisor.
This is a direct-hire opportunity that offers long-term stability, leadership responsibilities, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily on-site operations for commercial and industrial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, in-house trades, and material deliveries to maintain the schedule
• Enforce site-specific safety plans and conduct daily safety briefings
• Monitor work quality, manage punch lists, and ensure compliance with plans and specs
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to resolve field issues
• Maintain accurate daily reports, safety logs, and project documentation
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Superintendent in commercial/industrial construction
• Strong blueprint reading and field coordination skills
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software (preferred)
