We are looking for 5 Customer Service Representatives to join our busy team! This is a work from home position for various well-known Fortune 500 corporations. AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
• Flexible Scheduling (Set your own)
• Minimum of 15 hours per week, up to 40+ depending on the client

PAY RATES:
$9-$16 hour

JOB DUTIES:
•Taking incoming calls from clients
• Providing requested material via email, fax, or mail
• Resolving problems and assisting customers with questions
• Additional support duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
• Pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screen, (when applicable)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
