Kim Petrina established A-1 Employment, Inc in 1994 and it has been under the same local ownership and management from the very beginning. We are the leading staffing agency in the area servicing East Alabama as well as Western Georgia. We offer staffing in temp/temp to hire/direct hire/executive search, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, administrative/clerical, supervisory/management, and many many more. Through our experience, we realized all staffing companies pull from the same general pool of applicants. In fact, most people move from agency to agency. The difference with A-1 Employment is our management team has been working together for many years. At A-1 Employment, it's always time to be safe. We have a full time manager on site that handle's all Workman's Compensation claims. Our mission is to provide a quality candidate because we know sending the wrong candidate can cost time and money.
